摘    要:目的 探讨血液在不同氧分压下,其凝血特性及体外血栓形成指标的改变。方法 将绵羊血置于常压氧,无氧及纯氧条件下,37℃恒温,24h后,分别测定其凝血时间,复钙时间及体外血栓形成指标等变化。结果 无氧条件下,绵羊血的凝血时间,复钙时间较常压氧条件显著延长(P<0.05),体外血栓的干重,湿重显著减少(P<0.05),血栓长度则无显著性改变(P>0.05);纯氧条件下,绵羊血的凝血时间,复钙时间及体外血栓形成指标均无显著性改变(P>0.05)。结论 缺氧可使凝血功能减弱,适当的氧分压不影响凝血特性。

Abstract:Objective To explore the changes of blood coagulability and thrombosis indices under the influence of different oxygen pressure in vitro. Methods Sheep blood was kept under 3 different oxygen pressure conditions(e.g.atmosphere oxygen,pure oxygen or non-oxygen) for 24 hours. For outcome measurements , the clotting time and calcium recovery time were recorded. The thrombosis indices, including dry weight, wet weight and length of thrombus were measured. ResultsIn contrast to atmosphere oxygen condition, the clotting time and calcium recovery time were significantly increased( P <0.05) in non-oxygen condition. Both dry and wet weight of thrombus were also found to be significantly reduced( P < 0.05 ). However, the clotting time, calcium recovery time and thrombosis indices did not differ significantly in pure oxygen condition when compared with these in atmosphere oxygen condition. Conclusion Our results indicated that anoxia may weaken the function of coagulability, the use of appropriate partial oxygen pressure is safe, as negligible changes of the coagulability were noted in the experimental study.
