| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To provide references for implementing drug patent strategy in China. METHODS: The drug patent strategy in Japan was analyzed and the successful experiences on drug patent strategy were investigated and learned. RESULTS&CONCLUSION: Implementing the patent strategy is an important path for Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises to be more competitive internationally. It is imperative to establish and implement the drug patent strategy tailored to our own specific situation. |
