基本药物制度在浙江省基层医疗机构实施现状分析

本文重点分析了基本药物制度在浙江省基层医疗机构的推广和实施情况，发现存在基层医疗机构服务量和收入下降幅度较大、缺乏对基本药物制度实施的强有力的辅助政策支持、国家基本药物目录品种偏少导致制度上的“缺医少药”、基本药物与居民需求脱节、基本药物供应链条松散等问题，提出要实现基本药物制度的推广，必须与基层医疗服务机构的服务提供方式和模式紧密结合起来，按照医疗卫生体制改革的总体思路，从医疗服务的特性出发，整合医疗服务资源，推行基本药物制度。

Analysis of the Implementation of Essential Drug System in Primary Health Care Institutions in Zhejiang
