高校医学留学生教学现状与改革探索

目的：对于如何保证医学留学生教学质量,提高教学水平,是广大医学院校急需解决的问题.在控制招生规模,提高教学质量的原则下,探讨目前医学留学生教学现状和探索如何发展医学留学生教育.方法：从制定留学生相关教学规定、采用多种教学方式、加强师资队伍建设以及临床实践教学等方面进行阐述.结果：进行的尝试和改革对医学留学生教学有进一步指导作用,取得了较好的效果.结论：针对医学留学教学中存在的问题,通过对其在教学管理方法、CPPT教学模式和多种教学方法的应用、师资队伍建设等方面进行改进,从而提高教学水平.

Teaching situation and reform exploration of international medical students in medical colleges and universities

Objective ： To ensure the teaching quality of international medical students to improve the teaching level, which is an urgent issue to be resolved in medical colleges and universities at present. Under the principle of controlling the recruitment of students scale and improving teaching quality, international medical students＇teaching situation should be discussed and how to develop medical edu- cation be explored. Methods： For students from relevant teaching rules, a variety of teaching methods were used; the construction of the teaching staff was strengthened, and clinical practice teaching was presented. Results ： Attempt and reform on medical students teaching have shown their further guidance, and good results have been achieved. Conclusion： In view of the problems existing in the teaching of medical students, improving the teaching management method, the CPPT teaching mode and the application of teaching staff construction, thus the teaching level has improved.
