支原体混合感染肺炎患儿的治疗措施及临床疗效探讨

目的研究支原体混合感染肺炎患儿的治疗措施及临床疗效。方法选取支原体混合感染肺炎患儿180例,随机分为两组各90例,对照组给予静脉滴注第三代头孢菌素治疗,研究组给予静脉滴注阿奇霉素粉针治疗,用药5天后,观察两组的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率显著高于对照组,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,P均<0.05。结论阿奇霉素粉针治疗支原体混合感染肺炎临床疗效显著优于第三代头孢菌素,且不良反应较少。

Clinical Measures and Their Effect in the Treatment of Children with Mixed Infection with Mycoplasma Pneumonia

Objective To explore the clinical measures and their effect in the treatment of children with mixed infection with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods 180 children with mixed infection with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups averagely. The control group wastreated with third-generation Cephalosporins by intravenous drip, while the research group were treated with Azithromycin powder for injection by intravenous drip. After 5 days of treatment, the clinical effect and adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate of research group was higher than that of control group, and the incidence of adverse reaction of research group was lower than that of control group （both P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Azithromycin powder for injection in the treatment of mixed infection with mycoplasma pneumonia has better clinical effect than third-generation cephalosporins, and fewer adverse reactions.
