| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临床药师在急性脑梗死患者救治中的作用。方法对临床药师参与1例阿替普酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死患者的过程进行分析。结果临床药师针对阿替普酶静脉溶栓、阿司匹林、甘油果糖氯化钠的用药调整方案开展药学监护,急性脑梗死患者的预后改善明显。结论临床药师对阿替普酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死患者的个体化用药监护方面发挥了积极作用。
