花粉对抗体生成的影响

摘    要:LACA雄性小鼠经腹腔注射花粉浸提液,其抗体生成受到一定的抑制,IgG、PFC抑制率为56.2~63.6%,血清抗体生成量的抑制车为42%,主要由花粉浸提液中MW>1000的组分昕致。LACA雄性小鼠经灌胃给予花粉浸提液,对lgG、PFC及血清抗体生成量均未见有明显影响。

Abstract:Antibody production in LACA mice could be inhibited by intraperitoneal injection of pollen extract. The inhibition of IgG-PFC and serum antibody production was 56.2-'63.6% and 42% respectively. When the pollen extract was fractionated by ultrafiltration, it shows that only the components of MW>1 000 has inhibition effect. There was no obvious inhibition effect when the pollen extract was administrated via stomach.
