CT扫描在胃癌术前的应用价值

目的:探讨低张胃CT扫描在胃癌术前分期方面的价值。方法:经胃镜病理证实的30例胃癌患者行CT检查,观察其CT表现,并和手术、病理做对照分析。结果:CT显示进展期胃癌30例,T分期诊断正确率80.0%(24/30),N分期诊断正确率70.8%(17/24),M分期诊断正确率66.7%(6/9)。结论:低张胃CT扫描对中晚期胃癌诊断价值较大,可指导临床手术和治疗方案的制定。

The CT Scanning Technique of Gastric Carcinoma and Preoperative staging

Objective：To evaluate the preoperative CT scan of gastric carcinoma.Methods：Thirty cases of gastric carcinoma were proved by pathology and examined with CT Scanning using hypotonic and water-drinking technique.All of the CT features were observed and compared with pathology.Results：The demonstrated gastric carcinoma was 30 cases in middle-late period, the staging accuracy for T, N and M was 80,0%, 70.8% and 66,7%, respectively.Conclusion：CT scanning technique using hypotonic and water-drinking has an important value for gastric carcinoma in middle-late period and helpful in selecting of the appropriate patients for surgery or other treatment methods.
