出租车司机职业满意度与心理健康状况调查分析

目的　研究心理健康状况与职业满意度的关系 ,以及每日工作时间长短和生物钟颠倒对心理健康的影响。方法　采用 SCL— 90和自制的问卷 ,以出租车司机为对象 ,对其心理健康状况和职业满意度等因素进行调查。结果　出租车司机的心理健康水平低于普通成人 ;多数出租车司机职业满意度不高 ,而职业满意度对心理健康状况有着重要影响 ;每日长时间地工作 ,会降低一个人的心理健康水平 ;因工作需要颠倒生物钟者 ,只要能保证足够的休息 ,便不会对心理健康产生显著的负面影响

Survey on Professional Satisfaction Degree and Mental Health of Taxi Drivers

Objective To study the relationship between mental health and professional satisfaction degree,and the influence on mental health due to working time and reversal of biological clock.Methods Adopting SCL-90 and questionnaire made by ourselves,taking the taxi drivers as objects,investigating the factors such as mental health and professional satisfaction degree.Results Mental health level of taxi drivers is lower than the average adults,many taxi drivers are not satisfied with their job,and the professional satisfaction degree has the great influence on the mental health;working for a long time everyday will lower mental health level;if persons have enough rest,the reverse of biological clock caused by work will not have the obvious negative influence on the mental health.
