| 摘 要： | 目的评价我院抗肿瘤药的应用现状及趋势。方法对我院2001～2005年抗肿瘤药的应用进行回顾性分析。结果抗肿瘤药销售金额逐年上升,抗肿瘤辅助药连续5年销售金额列第1位;他莫昔芬用药频度4年排名稳居榜首;国产药、注射剂、“医保”类抗肿瘤药在我院使用频率较高。结论我院抗肿瘤药使用基本合理,但仍需进一步加强监督管理。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To investigate the utilization of antitumor drugs in our hospital.METHODS:A statistical analysis was performed on the consumption sum,DDDs and the average daily cost of antitumor drugs used in our hospital from 2001 to 2005.RESULTS:The consumption sum of antitumor drugs accounted for 18.07%～23.30% of the total,with the rates of increase over the 5 years at—13.25%,22.08%,1.86% and 3.69%,respectively.The consumption sum of antitumor plant amedica accounted for 40% of that of the total antitumor drugs.CONCLUSION:Leading the list are antitumor plant amedica,assistant drugs,antimetabolite drugs and antitumor antibiotics.Consumption sum and DDDs are of the same importance important in drug control. |
