| 摘 要： | 我院1959～1991年诊治慢性粒细胞性白血病286例,其中16例长期存活十年以上,11例经马利兰间歇治疗,2例用马利兰与羟基脲交替治疗,2例为马利兰与靛玉红交替治疗,1例马利兰及马法兰交替治疗。其中最长生存年限为32年。16例中5例已死亡。该组病例经过 COX 危险因子测定。初诊时大部分为1～3分。间歇服用马利兰仍不失为治疗慢性拉细胞白血病的较好方法。

| Abstract: | From 1959 to 1991,286 patients with chronic Iymphocytic leakemia were studied.In terms of survival time,sixteen cases were>10 years,among which eleven cases were treated with myleran intermittently,two cases were treated with myleran and hydroxylurea by turns,two cas- es were treated with myleran and Dingyuhong,and one case was treated with myleran and melphalan intermittently.The Iongest survival time is thirty-two years.Five out of sixteen pa- tients have died.We studied the prognostic factors of these patients with COX model,and found that most cases of this illness were within 1 to 3 fen.Obviously enough,the better way to treat the case of ehronic lymphocytic leakemia is to use myleran intermittently. |
