| Abstract: | We have examined the spectral analysis of biopsy in 72 cases who had done face-skin care or remedy by percutaneous oxygen saturatimeter.The result show:(1)Index of oxygen saturation (IO 2) of 49 cases were increased, 20 cases' IO 2 were decreased,3 cases'IO 2 didn't change;(2) 20 cases'index of hemoglobin(IHb) were increased,48 cases'IHb were decreased,4 cases'IHb didn't change;(3)22 cases'-oxyhemoglobin(HbO 2)were increased,50 cases'HbO 2 were decreased.The statistical management revealed the parameter mean of the three groups before and after face-skin care had very significant difference(P<0 01) It suggests after face-skin care the blood circulation is quicken;the oxygen releasas from the hemoglobin is increased.These changes beneficial to cell's metabolism.This study indicates from the point of physiology and biochemistry why doing faceskin care can resist wrinkles, anti-inflammatory,whiten,remove freckles,delay the skin ageing. |
