四川地区病毒性肝炎中医证候分布规律研究

目的探讨病毒性肝炎证候分布规律。方法回顾性分析552例病毒性肝炎中医证候分布规律及其与病毒型别、病因的关系,所有患者的中医辨证分型均由指定的中医副主任医师专人负责。结果病毒性肝炎中医证型以肝胆湿热证最多见,其次是肝郁脾虚证、肝络瘀阻证、脾虚湿困证、气虚瘀黄证,其余证型少见。甲型、丙型及戊型肝炎证型较单一,乙型及未定型肝炎证型较复杂,重叠感染证型最复杂。结论四川地区病毒性肝炎中医证型以肝胆湿热证最多见;单一病因与不同复合病因的中医证型分布不同,不同型别病毒感染的中医证型分布亦不同。

Distribution of TCM Syndromes of Viral Hepatitis in Sichuan Area

Objective To discuss the distribution of TCM syndromes of viral hepatitis in Sichuan area.Methods The distribution of TCM syndromes of 552 cases with viral hepatitis and the relationship between TCM syndromes and viral types,causes were retrospectively analyzed.The syndrome was differentiated by specified TCM doctors.Results Damp-heat of liver and gallbladder was the most common syndrome of viral hepatitis,followed by liver depression and spleen deficiency,blood stasis in liver collaterals,stagnation of dampness due to spleen deficiency,qi deficiency and jaundice stasis.Other syndromes were uncommon.TCM syndrome of hepatitis A,hepatitis C and hepatitis E was simple,while that of hepatitis B and unspecific type was complex,that of superinfection hepatitis was most complex.Conclusion Most of viral hepatitis patients in Sichuan area were damp-heat in liver and gallbladder.Single or multiple cause of disease can result in difference distribution of TCM syndrome.Different type of hepatitis virus can also result in difference distribution of TCM syndrome.
