| 摘 要： | 目的通过对原发性肝癌中医证候进行分析,探讨肝癌介入治疗围手术期的证候特点。方法选取肝癌患者365例为研究对象,收集62项四诊信息并量化计分,采用SPSS13.0软件对四诊信息等进行聚类分析,归纳出肝癌的中医辨证分型。结果经聚类分析,365例肝癌患者中医辨证可分为肝郁证、脾虚证、湿热证、血瘀证及阴虚证五型,其中以脾虚证多见,肝郁证、阴虚证、血瘀证、湿热证次之。结论聚类分析可实现肝癌证型的规范化诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate TCM syndrome of primary liver carcinoma(PLC) before interventional treatment.Methods According to the diagnostic criteria,365 cases of PLC were selected.The information of sixty-two TCM diagnostic items of all the cases were collected and analyzed by cluster analysis with SPSS13.0 software,then TCM syndrome classification of PLC were summarized.Results TCM syndrome of PLC can be classified as liver depression type,spleen deficiency type,damp-heat type,blood stasis type,and yin deficiency type by cluster analysis.Conclusion The diagnosis standardization of TCM syndrome of PLC can be realized by cluster analysis. |
