| 摘 要： | 目的优选感甦合剂的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以感甦合剂主要药效成分绿原酸、葛根素及干膏收率作为评价指标,优选提取工艺。结果最优提取工艺为：6倍加水量,提取3次,每次提取1 h。结论优选的提取工艺稳定、合理、可行。

| Abstract: | Objective To optimize the extracting process of Gansu Mixture.Methods Orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimum extracting process for the main active ingredients of Gansu Mixture with the content of chlorogenic acid,puerarin and dry extract rate as the indexes.Results The best extraction process was as follows:Added six times amount of water,extracted three times,1 h for each time.Conclusion The optimum extraction process was stable,reasonable and feasible. |
