正交设计法优选仙鹿消癖胶囊提取工艺

目的优选仙鹿消癖胶囊醇提及水提工艺。方法采用正交设计法，以淫羊藿苷、贝母素甲、贝母素乙的含量及干膏量为考察指标优选醇提取工艺，以阿魏酸的含量及干膏量为考察指标优选水提取工艺。结果醇提最佳工艺为淫羊藿、浙贝母采用50％乙醇提取2次，溶媒用量分别为8、7倍，回流时间分别为60、50min；水提取的最佳工艺为将当归、鹿花盘及50％乙醇提取后的淫羊藿、浙贝母残渣加水煎煮2次，每次2h，加水量为药材的10倍。结论优选的仙鹿消癖胶囊最佳提取工艺稳定可行。

Optimization of Extraction Technology of Xianlu Xiaopi Capsule by Orthogonal Design

Objective To optimize the alcohol extraction process and water extraction process of Xianlu Xiaopi capsule.Methods By orthogonal design,the alcohol extraction process was optimized with the yield of dry extract and the contents of icariin,peimine and eiminine as indexes,and the water extraction process was optimized with the content of ferulic acid and the yield of dry extract as indexes.Results The optimum alcohol extraction process was obtained as follows:adding 8,7 folds amount of 50% alcohol and extracting twice for 60,50 minutes for Yinyanghuo and Zhebeimu.The optimum water extraction process was obtained as follows:adding 10 folds amount of 50% water and extracting twice for 2 hours each time for herb residue after alcohol extraction process,Danggui and Luhuapan.Conclusion The optimum extraction process of Xianlu Xiaopi capsule by orthogonal design is stable and feasible.
