| 摘 要： | 目的优选产妇康颗粒醇提工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,以高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器法测定黄芪甲苷的含量,以高效液相色谱法测定芍药苷的含量,结合浸出物含量,考察乙醇浓度、提取次数、提取时间,优选最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为加6倍量80%乙醇,提取2次,每次1 h。结论本试验优化后的工艺合理、稳定、可行,适于产妇康颗粒的提取。

| Abstract: | Objective To optimize the ethanol extraction technology of Chanfukang Granules.Methods The content of astragaloside Ⅳ was detected by HPLC-ELSD,the content of paeoniflorin was detected by HPLC.Orthogonal test was used to optimize the fators of extraction procedure including concentration of alcohol,extracting time and times,with the content of astragaloside IV,paeoniflorin and the extraction amount as the indexes.Results The optimum process was adding 6 fold volume of 80% ethanol,decocting 2 times,and 1 h for each time.Conclusion The optimum technology of Chanfukang Granules is simple,stable and effective. |
