| 摘 要： | 目的建立同仁牛黄清心丸中麝香酮的气相色谱（GC）含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为HP-5柱（30 mm×32 mm,25μm）,载气为氮气,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温190℃,进样口温度250℃,氢火焰离子化检测器温度220℃。结果麝香酮进样量在0.12～0.28μg（r=0.999 1）范围内,麝香酮峰面积与进样量呈现良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.72%,RSD=2.34%。结论该方法快速、简便、准确、重复性较好,结果可靠,可用于控制同仁牛黄清心丸制剂的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an accurate method for the determination of Muscone in Tongren Niuhuang Qingxin Pills by GC.Methods HP-5 column(30 mm×32 mm,25 μm) in an oven at 190 ℃ was need,inlet temperature was 250 ℃ and FID detector was used with 220 ℃,using nitrogen as the carrier gas.Results The linear range of Muscone was 0.12-0.28 μg(r =0.999 1).The average recovery was above 98.72%(RSD=2.34%).Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with good reprodicibility,and can be used for the quality control of Tongren Niuhuang Qingxin Pills. |
