近60年中医药防治流行性乙型脑炎文献计量分析

目的探讨近60年的中医药防治流行挂乙型脑炎（乙脑）的研究状况，为临床及科研工作者进一步研究和防治疾病提供参考。方法以中国生物医学文献数据库、中国中医药期刊文献数据库、中国期刊全丈数据库为检索源，去重和筛选后，分别从年代分布、主要作者、地区分布、期刊来源、基金资助和研究主题等方面进行文献计量分析。结果1952—2011年近60年共有765篇中医药防治乙脑相关文献发表于期刊上。载文最多的17种期刊集中了全部文献量的47．45％，主要作者13人，主要研究热点是中医对乙脑的认识研究和乙脑的临床治疗研究。结论中医药在乙脑的防治工作中积累了丰富的理论和临床经验，进一步研究将为今后应对类似突发感染或传染性疾病的防治提供参考。

Bibliometrics Analysis on Epidemic Encephalitis B Prevented and Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective By exploring the development of the study on epidemic encephalitis B prevented and treated by TCM during recent 60 years,to help further research and provide reference on prevention and control of epidemic encephalitis B.Methods Articles in CBM,TCM Database System and CNKI were retrieved.After duplicate removing and refining,we analyzed the data from the year,author,journal,organization and so on.Results There were 765 related articles published in journals during the last 60 years from 1952 to 2011.There were 47.45% articles published in 17 core journals,with 13 main authors.There were 2 hot research areas including theory research and clinical research on epidemic encephalitis B prevented and treated by TCM.Conclusion The rich theory and clinical experience on prevention and control of epidemic encephalitis B by TCM are accumulated,further research will provide reference on the future response to similar sudden infection or infectious disease.
