摘    要:薪酬管理是现代医院人力资源管理系统和医院运营变革过程中的重要组成部分之一。通过介绍医院薪酬的概念、构成、内涵及主要功能等,重点论述了薪酬管理中应注意的若干问题,即薪酬的外部竞争性或外部公平性;薪酬的内部公平性或内部一致性;绩效加薪的公平性;特殊群体的薪酬问题等,并简述了医院薪酬与人力资源管理的职位设计、人才招聘、培训开发及绩效管理等职能之间的关系。

Abstract:Management of salaries is one of the key integrants of the reform of the human resources management system and the running of the modern hospital. By giving an account of the concept, composition, connotation and chief functions of salaries in the hospital, the paper underlines a number of issues that ought to be stressed in the management of salaries, viz. external competitiveness or impartiality with regard to salaries, internal impartiality or u-niformity with regard to salaries, impartiality of increased salaries by performance, and salaries of special groups of people. The paper also offers a brief account of the relationships between salaries in the hospital and such functions as the design of human resources management posts, the recruitment of talented personnel, training and development, and management by performance.
