| 摘 要： | 随着改革开放的不断深入和社会主义市场经济体制的建立 ,以取消对商业银行贷款规模的限额控制、扩大公开市场业务以及改革存款准备金制度为标志 ,我国货币政策实现由直接货币政策调控体系向间接货币政策调控体系的转变。我国金融管理这一重大变迁 ,将对我国宏观经济运行产生深远的影响。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of reforms and the establishment of socialist market economy, Chinas monetary policy is transforming from the monitoring system by the direct monetary policy into the one by the indirect monetary policy. The significant transformation in the Chinese financial management, marked by the suspension of the limits on the loans from commercial banks and the expansion of market sale and reforms of reserve system of savings, will have a great impact on the operation of the macro-economy. |
