| 摘 要： | 儿童尺桡骨远端骨折当远折端与近折端骨茬相对，形成“背靠背”畸形，单纯牵引手法复位常常导致失败，给复位带来一定的困难，复位后骨折端不稳定，容易错位。一些医院直接采用手术治疗。2005年8月至2008年1月我科采用手法复位夹板石膏外固定治疗儿童尺桡骨远端“背靠背”骨折39例，疗效满意，现总结报告如下。
