盐酸多奈哌齐治疗老年性痴呆

目的 :评价盐酸多奈哌齐治疗老年性痴呆 (AD)的有效性及安全性。方法 :对 32例AD患者采用盐酸多奈哌齐治疗 16周 ,治疗前后用简易智能精神状态检查量表 (MMSE)、AD评定量表 (ADAS)及Blessed Roth痴呆量表等评价患者认知功能及痴呆严重程度、精神行为异常 (ADASnon cog)及日常生活自理能力 ,并进行安全性评价。结果 :盐酸多奈哌齐治疗后 ,患者MMSE评价较治疗前提高 (P <0 .0 1) ,ADAS认知部分、ADASnon cog及Blessed Roth日常生活自理能力部分均有改善 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ;2例 (6 .3% )出现轻度副作用。结论 :盐酸多奈哌齐治疗老年性痴呆有较好的疗效并安全性好 ,副作用小。

Effect of Donepezil in the Treatment of Patients with Alzheimer Disease

Objective: To observe the efficacy of Donepezil in the treatment of Alzheimer disease (AD). Methods: 32 patients with AD were treated with Donepezil for 16 weeks. The efficacy was judged by the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), the Alzheimer Disease Assessment Scale (ADAS) and Blessed-Roth Scale. The safety was examined by using the life characters and the laboratory. Results: After the treatment of Donepezil for 16 weeks, the cognition of AD patients was heightened by MMSE score. The cognitive portion in ADAS scores ( P < 0.05 ), ability of daily life in Blessed-Roth Scores ( P < 0.05 ) and the behavioral and psychological symptoms in the non-cognitive portion of ADAS scores ( P < 0.05 ) of AD patients lvere all improved. Two patients ( 6.3% ) had dizziness. Conclusion: Donepezil could effectively improve cognition, ability of daily life, behavior and psychologic symptoms of AD patients. Side effect was mild and it is safe.
