合金与树脂的粘接强度及影响因素

摘    要:金属树脂修复体已广泛应用于口腔修复。金属和树脂之间有良好的结合力是保证贴面树脂在口腔内发挥正常功能的先决条件,即金属树脂界面需要有理想的结合,达到一定的强度。粘接强度主要包括剪切结合强度和抗张结合强度。多种因素可能影响二者结合强度,如合金、金属表面处理、金属表面调节剂、底胶、粘接剂,粘接系统和树脂等。本文就相关研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:In prosthodontics practice,it is not uncommon to bond resin composite to metal material restorations. The junction between the metal alloy and resin is an area of clinical concern and one important factor is the bond strength of alloy and resin,which include shear bond strength and tensile bond strength. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the factors influencing the bond strength between the metal alloys and resins used in prosthodontics,including metal material,metal surface preparation,metal conditioner,primer,adhesive,bonding system and resin material.
