肺结核患者合并糖尿病的健康指导

目的探讨肺结核合并糖尿病患者实施健康指导的临床价值。方法将284例确诊的新发肺结核合并糖尿病的患者随机分成健康指导组（指导组）和常规护理组（对照组）两组，每组各142例，指导组在临床治疗的同时，在护理上给予积极的心理、饮食、运动等健康指导；对照组给予肺结核的常规治疗和一般临床护理。结果指导组患者治愈134例，治愈率为94．4％；对照组治愈121例，治愈率为85．2％；指导组治愈率较对照组明显提高（P〈0．05）。结论肺结核合并糖尿病的患者，在临床治疗与常规护理的基础上，给予患者心理、饮食、运动等护理健康指导，能有效提高肺结核病患者的治愈率。

The health guidance for patients of pulmonary tuberculosis combined with diabetes

Objective To discuss the clinic significance of the health guidance for patients of pulmonary tuberculosis combined with diabetes. Methods 284 cases of patients of pulmonary tuberculosis combined with diabetes were divided into two groups, which were health guidance group （guided group） and clinic nursing group （control group）, and 142 cases for each group. Besides the clinic treatment, the guided group was also given a guidance on primary diseases, psychology, food and exerise; and the control group was the regular treatment and clinic nursing. Results 134 cases of patients in guided group were cured with the recovery rate of 94.4%; and 121 cases of patients in guided group were cured with the recovery rate of 85.2%; the recovery rate of guided group was significant higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Diabetes has a prominent effect on the treatment and prognosis of pulmonary tuberculosis. On the basis of clinic treatment and regular nursing, it is useful to give a nursing health guidance on psychology, food and exerises to the patients of pulmonary tuberculosis combined with diabetes, and would increase the recovery rate.
