胎儿安全监测在产程进展中的应用价值

目的:探讨胎儿安全监测在产程进展中的应用价值。方法:收集我院2011年1月至2012年7月产后回顾性诊断为胎儿宫内窘迫的80例足月妊娠,35例采用传统的胎心监测方法,26例诊断胎儿宫内窘迫,9例无宫内窘迫;45例采用胎儿电子仪监测,43例诊断胎儿宫内窘迫,2例无宫内窘迫。两种监测方法行卡方检验统计分析。结果:胎儿电子仪监测与传统的胎心监测方法有统计学意义(χ2=5.82,P<0.05)。结论:胎儿电子仪监测应作为产程进展监护的主要手段,传统胎心监测具有简便易行,应作为胎儿电子仪监测的必要补充。

The value of application for fetus safety monitoring in the birth process

Objective:To explore the application value of fetal safety monitoring in the birth process.Methods: Eighty cases of full-term pregnancy,who were retrospective diagnosis with fetal distress after labor birth at Nanchong Central Hospital between January,2011 and July,2012 were evaluated.Among the 80 cases,35 had traditional fetal heart monitoring method and 26 of them were diagnosed with fetal distress,nine of them were diagnosed with no fetal distress.Forty-five of them had fetal electronic instrument monitoring method and 43 of them were diagnosed with fetal distress.Two of them were diagnosed with no fetal distress;.A chi-square test was used to analyze the two monitoring methods.Results: A statistical significance was obtained between the two methods(χ2 = 5.82,P<0.05).Conclusion: Fetal electronic instrument monitoring method should be used as the main method in the birth process monitoring.Traditional fetal heart monitoring method is simple and easy and should be used as a necessary supplement of the Fetal electronic instrument monitoring method.
