注射型唑来膦酸盐与鲑鱼降钙素治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床比较

目的:比较注射型唑来膦酸盐与鲑鱼降钙素治疗绝经后骨质疏松疗效的临床疗效。方法:将71名绝经后骨质疏松患者给予补充钙剂及维生素D的常规治疗,随机分为唑来膦酸组(34例)及鲑鱼降钙素组(37例)。分别给予唑来膦酸注射液(密固达)5 mg/100 mL共一次,或鲑鱼降钙素隔日肌内注射50 U,连续使用1月后改为,50 U 1次/周,连续使用6个月,对比其疗效。结果:唑来膦酸在缓解骨痛,增加骨密度,减少骨折发生率方面都有一定效果,在半年的观测骨痛缓解及骨密度增加和降钙素组相似,12个月后的观测,缓解骨痛更加明显(P<0.05)。结论:唑来膦酸注射液对绝经后骨质疏松症患者具有缓解骨痛增加骨密度提高生活质量减少骨折发生的作用,是一种有效安全的药物。

Clinical comparison of zoledronic acid and calcitonin salmon on postmenopausal osteoporosis

Objective:To compare the clinical effect of zoledronic acid injections and calcitonin salmon on postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods: Seventy-one patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis,who were given calcium carbonate tablets and vitamin D chewable tablets,were randomly divided into a zoledronic acid group(34 cases) and a calcitonin salmon group(37 cases).For the zoledronic acid group,5.0 mg/100 ml of zoledronic acid(aclasta) was infused once,while the calcitonin salmon group was given calcitonin salmon therapy for six monthes.The bone pain,bone mineral density(BMD) variance and safety indicators were then observed.Results:Zoledronic acid in relief of bone pain,increased bone mineral density and reduced fracture rates had specific effects.In the first half of the year,observed pain relief and increased bone mineral density and calcitonin groups were similar.After 12 months of observation,relieved bone pain was more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zoledronic acid injection can ease the bone pain of postmenopausal osteoporosis,improve life quality,increase BMD,and reduce the occurrences of fractures;.It is an effective and safe drug.
