| 摘 要： | 关于对人乳头瘤病毒的细胞免疫消除的有关机制目前仍不清楚.该文扼要论述了人乳头瘤病毒感染后细胞免疫应答的主要机制,以及在此过程中如淋巴样组织、抗原递呈细胞、巨噬细胞、肿瘤坏死因子、转化生长因子、自然杀伤细胞、细胞因子等所起的作用.人乳头瘤病毒相关癌症的免疫治疗需要T淋巴细胞的破裂作用,并与T辅助细胞1细胞因子的兴奋有关.最后文章简要概述了免疫疗法和疫苗的开发研究.

| Abstract: | Although cellular immunity is essential for elimination of human papillomavirus(HPV),the mechanisms involved are still poorly understood.In this article,we summarized main mechanisms of cellular immune response to HPV infections and roles of lymphoid tissues,antigen sending cell,macrophage,tumor necrosis factor(TNF),transferring growth factor(TGF),natural killing cells,cytokines in the process.Immunotherapies for HPV-related cancers require disruption of T-cell,and were associated with stimulation of Th1 cytokine response. |
