| 摘 要： | 肌萎缩侧索硬化(amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,ALS)是一种累及脊髓前角细胞、脑干运动神经核及锥体束,具有上、下运动神经元损害并存的慢性进行性变性疾病,是慢性运动神经元病的最常见类型.它是以进行性肌肉无力为特点的致死性疾病,多为中老年起病,男∶女=1.6∶10,每年发病率为2/105～3/105,发病后存活率3年～5年.迄今病因和发病机制仍不明确,且临床上尚无有效疗法,病人多死于呼吸衰竭或多脏器功能衰竭1].我科于2008年10月收治1例ALS病人,在进行规范化护理的基础上,运用中医辨证施护,效果良好.现将护理介绍如下.
