木兰属植物花蕾总黄酮含量测定及提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的 测定木兰属 6种药用植物花蕾的总黄酮含量及优选提取工艺。方法 比色法 ;微波提取。结果 望春玉兰 4 .837% ,玉兰 7.6 11% ,紫玉兰 8.76 3% ,二乔木兰 2 .74 5 % ,武当玉兰 8.80 5 % ,荷花玉兰4 .0 0 9% ;同时对用微波法提取较用常规法提取平均高 1.2 35 %。结论 木兰属植物花蕾中总黄酮含量较高 ,可采用微波法提取

Abstract:Object To determine total flavonoids in buds of six species of Magnolia and choose extract technology.Methods Colorimetric method and microwave extraction were used.Results Total flavonoids in buds of Magnolia biondii Pamp.is 4.837%;M.denudata Desr.,7.611%;M.lilifloa Desr.,8.763%;M.Soulangeana Desr.,2.745%;M.sprengeri Pamp.,8.805%;M.grandiflora L.,4.009%.The average content of total flavonoids in buds by microwawe extraction is 1.235% higher than that by general extraction.Conclusion There are high content of flavonoids in buds of Magnolia.Microwave extraction is a better method.
