| 摘 要： | 应用一阶导数光谱法测定大青叶Ｉｓａｔｉｄｉｓ ｉｎｄｉｇｏｔｉｃａ Ｆｏｒｔ．药材中邻氨基苯甲酸含量，平均加样回收率为９６．６６％，ＲＳＤ为１．０９％，测定结果与高效毛细管电泳法比较，无显著性差异。方法简便，快速，准确。
