摘    要:采用X衍射Fourier谱分析法识别比较熊胆/伪品,天然熊胆/引流熊胆汁干燥品之差异,并给出熊胆、引流熊胆的Fourier标准图谱及特征标记峰。研究结果表明X衍射Fourier谱分析法在动物类中药材的鉴定与伪品识别中的广阔应用前景。

Abstract:Samples of natural Fel Ursi collected by two different methods (natural and by drainage) and two faked imitations were compared by powder X ray diffraction method. The differences among these samples, the standard X ray diffraction Fourier pattern and characteristic diffraction peaks of the two genuine galls were obtained. The result showed that this method can be used for distinguishing Chinese medicinal materia from animals.
