杨凌示范区成年居民艾滋病知识调查分析

目的了解杨凌区成年居民对艾滋病知识的掌握情况,反映居民预防艾滋病的能力,为今后开展艾滋病健康教育提供依据。方法自行设计调查问卷,随机抽取2个乡4个行政村和城区4个社区4个家属院的居民,采取自愿、不记名方式调查,对结果进行统计分析。结果杨凌区成年居民对艾滋病的知晓程度并不乐观,尤其是农村和文化程度较低的居民知晓率更低。有5.4%的居民没听说过艾滋病,59.5%的居民认为艾滋病不能预防,对不会传播艾滋病的行为和如何预防传播艾滋病的高危行为知晓率较低。结论杨凌示范区目前没有艾滋病报告,让群众掌握艾滋病防治知识,养成文明健康的生活方式,是控制艾滋病之根本。

AIDS Knowledge Among Adult Residents in Yangling

OBJECTIVE To get a view of knowledge among the adult residents in Yangling,and to inflect their capacity to prevent AIDS,and to provide evidence for future health education.METHODS Inhabitants from 4 villages of 2 township and 4 residential areas of 4 communities were chosen by cluster"sampling and surveyed by a self"administered questionnaire,voluntarily and anonymously.The statistics has been analyzed.RESULTS The awareness rate of AIDS among adult residents is not sound,especially among the country dewellers and poorly"educated inhabitants.5.4%of the people had not heard of AIDS,and 59.5%of them thought that AIDS was im-possible to prevent.They knew little about the behaviors that don#t transmit AIDS or the dangerous AIDS"transmitting behaviors.CON-CLUSION There is no AIDS victim reported in Yangling.To help the people obtain the knowledge of prevent AIDS and develop a civi-lized and healthy living method is the essence of preventing and controlling AIDS.
