乳腺癌根治术后核素骨扫描的价值

探讨乳腺癌改良根治术后全身骨扫描的价值。方法：自1997－01－1998-08对77例乳腺癌改良根治术后放疗前的病人常规行全身骨扫描。结果：77例病人放疗前骨扫描显示阳性率为11．7％（9／77），其中4例（5．2％）经同期CT或X片证实为骨转移，在中位随诊时间内总阳性率为15．6％（12／77），骨转移发生率为9．1％（7／77），总假阳性率为6．5％（5／77）。结论：乳腺癌病人术前或放疗前应常规作全身骨核素扫描。

Preliminary Study on the Whole Body Isotope Bone Scan in the Breast Cancer Patients after Radical Mastectomy

To study the value of the whole body isotope be scan(WBIBS) in the breas cancer Patients after tbe modified radical masectomy(BCAMRM). The conentional WBIBS were condued in 77 patients with BACMRM before radiotherapy for January 1997 to Augus 1998.The results showed that the positive rate of WBIBS was 11 .7% Patients before radio therapy,4 cases of these were confirmed to have bone metastasis by coocurrent CT or skeletal radiography . The median follow- up was 15 months ; the overall positive rate of WBIBS and the incidence of bone metastasis were 15.6% and 9. 1%respectively . The false positive rate was 6 .5% during the follow - up. It suggested that WBIBS might be conducted conven tionally in the breast cancer patients both before surgery and radiotherapy with economic condition permission .
