| 摘 要： | 目的:观察“五味消毒饮”加味与干扰素联合应用治疗复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎(HSK)的疗效。方法:治疗组61例,对照组63例,对比治疗前后的疗效、治愈时间、复发率及视力恢复情况。结果:治疗组有效率100%,高于对照组的91%;治愈时间治疗组明显短于对照组;治疗组视力恢复情况优于对照组,P<0.01;治疗组复发率3.27%,低于对照组的26.98%,P<0.01。结论:“五味消毒饮”加味与干扰素联合应用治疗复发性HSK能提高治愈率,缩短病程,减少复发。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of combination of modified Wuwei Xiaoduyin and interferon on recurrent herpes simplex keratitis(HSK).Methods:In the treatment group,61 case of recurrent HSK were treated with the combined method and 63 cases in the control group with western medicine.The curative effecs,the curative time,the recurrent rate of the disease and the conditions of visual recovery were analysed.Results:The effective rate in the treatment group was 100%,which was higher than that of 91% in the control group(t=2.86,P<0.01).Conclusion:The combined method can increase the effective rate ,shorten the course of the disease and reduce the the recurrent rate. |
