胃癌高低发区居民生活方式及疾病史的比较

目的：比较胃癌高发区（淮安市）和低发区（邳州市）自然人群在生活方式和疾病史方面的异同，寻求胃癌高发流行的可能原因。方法：用整群抽样的方法在两地选取5年及5年以上的常住居民作为调查对象，在一定的时间内用统一的调查表对所有的对象进行调查。各调查指标用X2检验进行统计分析。结果：本次研究中获得523个有效作本（淮安270个，邳州253个）。X2检验结果表明淮安市居民吃肉食的频率、慢性胃炎史、消化性溃疡史、家族胃癌史、自觉消化系统症状及饮茶率均高于邳州市居民，而邳州市居民食葱蒜频率和男性吸烟率明显高于淮安市居民。结论：胃癌高低发区居民在生活方式和疾病史等方面存在较大的差异。

Comparison of lifestyle and history of disease:A study in high-risk and low-risk area of gastric cancer

Aim:To compare lifestyle and history of diseases between population of Huai'an (a high-risk area of gastric cancer) and Pizhou(a low-risk area of gastric cancer). Method: A cluster sampling method was used to select subjects from Huai'an and Pizhou resoectively.All subjects were investigated about sociodemographic,lifestyle and history of diseases. x2 test were done for all factors. Result: There were 270 subjects of Huai'an and 253 subjects of Pizhou in our study. Frequency of meat taken and tea drunk, history of chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer, family history of gastric cancer, gastrointestinal sympton among people in Huai'an than that in Pizheu. Higher frequency of onion eaten and smoking of male in Pizhou was also seen. Conclusion: There were differene in lifestyle and history of diseases between population of Huai'an and Pizhou.
