高强度聚焦超声与射频治疗子宫肌瘤术中声像研究

目的:对超声术中监控高强度聚焦超声与射频治疗子宫肌瘤的意义进行研究。方法:高强度聚焦超声与射频治疗子宫肌瘤27例,其中高强度聚焦超声治疗6例,射频治疗21例,术中均用超声诊断仪进行监控。结果:27例病人术中出现明显声像图改变,通过随访26例病人治疗有效,1例病人术后3 d又出现血流信号。结论:超声能准确确定肌瘤的位置、大小和数目,并确定治疗区域。肌瘤回声增强,边界清晰并体积缩小可作为术中监控治疗有效的标准。

Ultrasonogram surveillance and comparison of the efficiency of the high Intensity Focused Ultrasound and Radiofrequency in the treatment of hysteromyoma

Objective: To evaluate ultrasonography surveillance of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) and ra-diofrequency(RF) in the treatment of hysteromyoma. Methods: 27 patients with hysteromyoma were treated by HIFU or radiofrequency, including 6 cases with high intensity focused ultrasound and 11 cases with radiofrequency. Results: The ultrasonic changes of 27 cases were evident. 26 cases were effective and 1 case manifested echo of blood vessel three days after treatment by periodical examination. Conclusins: Ultrasonography exactly directed the location, size and number of the lesions. The efficacy criteria of HIFU and radiofrequency treatment was the echoes of high amplitude, the clear boundary and reduced size of the tumor.
