超声引导下经皮肾盂穿刺技术在肾脏疾病治疗中的应用价值

摘    要:目的:应用超声引导下肾盂穿刺技术对肾脏穿刺置管,协助泌尿外科对肾脏相关疾病进行治疗,进而探讨超声引导下肾盂穿刺技术在泌尿外科中的应用价值。方法:选取我院自2013年4月-2019年9月临床诊断肾积水患者42例,年龄(27~78岁),肾结石和或输尿管结石39例,年龄(24~61岁),共81例。根据临床要求,81例患者均行超声引导下经皮肾盂穿刺置管,穿刺成功后肾积水患者造瘘留置引流管,结石患者经穿刺路径导入经皮肾镜取石。结果:据临床随访,肾积水患者3例因术后护理不当,引流管脱出,余预后良好。结石患者经皮肾镜取石顺利,均预后良好。结论:超声引导下经皮肾盂穿刺技术,定位精准,操作简单易行,创伤较小,能够提供准确安全的治疗路径,在协助泌尿外科对肾脏相关疾病的治疗中具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound-guided pyelopuncture in urology.Methods From April 2013 to September 2019,42 patients with hydronephrosis,aged 27-78 years,39 with renal and or ureteral calculi,aged 24~61 years,were selected.According to the clinical requirements,81 patients underwent ultrasound-guided percutaneous pyeloplasty and catheterization.After the successful puncture,the hydronephrosis patients underwent fistulation and drainage,and the stone patients underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Results According to the clinical follow-up,3 patients with hydronephrosis had a good prognosis because of improper postoperative care and drainage tube prolapse.All the patients had a good prognosis.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous pyelopuncture can provide accurate and safe treatment path,which is of great significance in assisting urology in the treatment of kidney related diseases.
