高效孕期保健联合早期母婴干预对初产妇剖宫产术后母乳喂养情况的影响

目的探讨高效孕期保健联合早期母婴干预对初产妇剖宫产术后母乳喂养情况的影响。方法选择2017年在新世纪妇儿医院行产前检查的100名初产妇,以预产期在7—12月的初产妇为观察组,以预产期在1—6月的初产妇为对照组,每组各50名。观察组在孕期给予高效孕期保健教育,分娩后给予早期母婴干预;对照组给予常规孕期保健指导及剖宫产术后指导。采用母乳喂养测量工具(BAT)、母乳喂养自我效能感量表评价两组干预效果,统计首次母乳喂养成功率及产后不同时间段母乳喂养情况。结果观察组首次母乳喂养BAT量表得分为(10.43±2.01)分,首次母乳喂养成功率90.0%,干预后母乳喂养自我效能量表得分为(137.24±11.93)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。产后6个月,观察组母乳喂养率80.00%,对照组54.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高效孕期保健联合早期母婴干预有效提高母乳喂养率和产妇的母乳喂养自我效能,值得推广。

Effects of highly efficient prenatal health combined with early mother-infant intervention on breast feeding in primiparas after cesarean section

Objective To explore the effects of highly efficient prenatal health combined with early mother-infant intervention on breast feeding in primiparas after cesarean section.Methods In 2017,a total of 100 primiparas with prenatal examinations were selected in New Century Women's and Children's Hospital.Primiparas with expected date of childbirth between July and December were in observation group,and primiparas with expected date of childbirth between January and June were in control group with the random method,50 cases in each group.Observation group carried out highly efficient prenatal health and early motherinfant intervention after delivery.Control group implemented routine prenatal health and cesarean postoperative guidance.The intervention effects of two groups were evaluated with the Breast-feeding Assessment Tool(BAT)and Breast-Feeding Self-efficacy Scale(BSES).This study compared the success rate of breast feeding for the first time and breast feeding at different time periods after delivery.Results For the first time of breast feeding,the scores of BAT was(10.43±2.01);the success of breatst feeding for the first time was 90.0%;after intervention,the BSES of the observation group was(137.24±11.93);higher than those of control group with statistical differences(P<0.05).The rate of breast feeding 6 months after delivery was 80.00%in observation group and 54.00%in control group with a statistical difference(P<0.01).Conclusions Highly efficient prenatal health combined with early mother-infant intervention can effectively improve the rate of breast feeding and breast feeding self-efficacy of primiparas which is worthy of being popularized.
