| 摘 要： | 预立医疗照护计划的实施是在充分尊重患者医疗自主权的基础上帮助临终者实现符合本人意愿的治疗和护理,从而提高患者疾病终末期的生活质量。本文对预立医疗照护计划的影响因素进行分析总结,从阻碍和促进的角度指出其存在的问题和未来研究的方向,旨在进一步为我国预立医疗照护计划研究与实践提供参考。

| Abstract: | On the basis of full respect for medical autonomy of patients,advance care planning(ACP)is implemented to help patients to realize treatment and nursing in accordance with their wishes so as to improve the quality of life of them in the end stage of disease.This paper reviewed the influencing factors of ACP to put out the existing problems and future research direction from perspectives of obstruction and promotion in order to provide a reference for further research and practice of ACP in China. |
