动态心电图与常规心电图诊断冠心病的价值分析

摘    要:目的:对比分析在冠心病诊断中应用动态心电图与常规心电图的临床价值。方法:择取44例冠心病患者,并随机分组研究,对照组(22例)患者行以常规心电图检查,研究组(22例)患者行以动态心电图检查,对照分析两组检查结果。结果:在心肌缺血阳性检出率上来看,研究组17例阳性,4例阴性,阳性率为77.27%,对照组12例阳性,10例阴性,阳性率为54.55%,研究组心肌缺血阳性检出率高于对照组,P<0.05;从心律失常检出结果来看,研究组在室性心律失常、房室传导阻滞、房性心律失常、短阵室上速等方面检出率均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对于冠心病患者来说,相比于常规心电图检查,动态心电图检查可以更好地反映心肌缺血情况,同时可以更好地诊断心律失常情况,临床价值更为显著。

Value of dynamic electrocardiogram in diagnosis of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract:Objective The clinical value of dynamic electrocardiogram and routine electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease was compared and analyzed.Methods 44 patients with coronary heart disease were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group (22 patients) were examined by routine electrocardiogram,and the study group (22 patients) were examined by dynamic electrocardiogram.Results in terms of positive detection rate of myocardial ischemia,17 cases in the study group were positive,4 cases were negative,and the positive rate was 77.27%;12 cases in the control group were positive,10 cases were negative,and the positive rate was 54.55%.The positive detection rate of myocardial ischemia in the study group was higher than that in the control group,P < 0.05.From the detection results of arrhythmia,the detection rate of ventricular arrhythmia,atrioventricular block,atrial arrhythmia,short array supraventricular tachycardia in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion compared with conventional ecg examination,dynamic ecg examination can better reflect myocardial ischemia and diagnose arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease,with more significant clinical value.
