陕西医疗机构CT配置使用及维护情况调查研究

目的:对陕西省各地CT配置及使用情况的分析,为卫生部门及各医院优化资源提供帮助。方法:通过实地走访、电子问卷调查、文献查阅等方法收集数据资料,用Excel进行数据分析,评估陕西省CT配置使用及维护情况。结果:调查范围内陕西医院的CT品牌有:美国GE、荷兰飞利浦、德国西门子及其他,分别占总数的35%、27%、22%、16%。陕西省内还有约35.4%的市县级医院尚在使用二手CT机。CT机的新机比例、综合性能的排序均与医院等级符合。结论:设备在使用过程中有日常维护与定期保养检修设备。卫生机关应严格审查,操作技师应规范操作,确保CT机的正常运转,保障病人和技师的安全。

Investigation and study of CT configuration and maintenance in medical institutions in Shaanxi province

Objective To analyze?the?allocation,utilization and maintenance of?CT?in?Shaanxi?Province,and?to?provide?help?for?health?departments?and?hospitals?to?optimize?resources.Methods?Through?field?vist,electronic?questionnaire?survey,literature?review?and?other?methods?to?collect?data,using?ExceL?for?data?analysis,evaluation?of?Shaanxi?CT?configuration?and?use.Results?The?CT?brands?in?Shaanxi?hospital?were:American GE,Dutch PHILPS,German?SIEMENS?and?others,accounting?for35%,27%,22%?and?16%?of?the?total,respectively.In?Shagnxi?Province,about?35.4%?of?the?city?and?county?hospitals?are?still?using?the?second-hand?CT?machine.Thecomprehensive?performance?of?the?new?machine,the?proportion?of?CT?sorting?are consistent?with?the?rank?of?the?hospital.Reasonable?allocation?of?resources,encouragesupport?for?domestic?brands,The equipment has daily maintenance and regular maintenance during the use.Health?authorities?should?strictly?review?the?operation technician?should?regulate?the?operation,to?ensure?the?normal?operation?of?CT,ensurethe?patient?safety?and?technicians.
