丙戊酸镁缓释片与碳酸锂治疗躁狂发作的对照研究

目的比较丙戊酸镁缓释片与碳酸锂对躁狂发作的疗效。方法80例躁狂发作病人随机分为丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗组和碳酸锂治疗组,以Bech-Rafaelsen躁狂量表（BRMS）、临床疗效总评量表（CGI）评定疗效,用副反应量表（TESS）评定药物不良反应,于治疗前、治疗后2周、4周后各评1次。结果治疗后两组BRMS评分均下降,治疗2周后丙戊酸镁缓释片组疗效于碳酸锂组相似,治疗4周后丙戊酸镁缓释片组有效率为75%,碳酸锂组为80%,两组疗效无统计学差异。但丙戊酸镁缓释片组不良反应轻。结论丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗躁狂发作有效,安全性优于碳酸锂。

Comparision of magnesium valproate sustained release tablets and lithium carbonas in treatment of manic episode

OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy of magnesium valproate sustained release tablets and lithium carbonas in the treatment of manic ep isode.METHODS Eighty patients with manic episode were randomly administered into magnesium valproates group or lithium carbonas group.The therapeutics effects and side effects were assessed with Bech-RafaelsenMeasuring Scale （BRMS）,Clinical Global Imp ression Scale （CGI） and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（TESS） before treatment and at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment.RESULTS The total BRMS scores decreased in the two group after treatment.The efficacy in magnesium valproate sustained release tablets group was similar to that in lithium carbonas group after 2 weeks of treatment.The response rate was 75% in magnesium valproate sustained release tablets group and 80% in lithium carbonas group without no significant difference.There were less side effects in magnesium valproate sustained release tablets group.CONCLUSION Both magnesium valproate sustained release tablets and lithium carbonas are effective in the treatment of manic episode.There are less side effects in magnesium valproate sustained release tablets group.
