卵巢癌早期诊断技术的研究进展

摘    要:卵巢癌是妇科常见的恶性肿瘤之一,病死率很高。由于早期诊断技术落后,发现时多为晚期,所以提高早期诊断水平取得好的治疗时机,对改善其预后有重要意义。卵巢癌的早期诊断技术包括免疫学、蛋白质组学技术、基因检测技术等。随着这些技术的不断成熟,深入的研究对卵巢癌的早期诊断起关键作用。尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活系统与卵巢癌的发生、发展有密切关系,本文就这些技术尤其是尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活系统在卵巢癌早期诊断中的研究进展做如下综述。

Abstract:Ovarian cancer is one of the most common gynecological malignancy with high mortality.Due to the backward of early diagnostic technique,ovarian cancer was usually discovered in advanced stage,so it makes great sense to improve its prognosis by promoting its early diagnostic technique to achieve good hterapeutic opportunity.The early diagnostic techniques of ovarian cancer include immunology,proteome technology,detection of gene and so on.Followed by the maturity of these techniques,further research begins to play a key role in early diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Urokinase fibrinolysin activation system has close relationship with genesis and development of ovarian cancer.The article is going to make an overview about above technique,especially the study progress of urokinase fibrinolysin activation system in pristine diagnostic technique of ovarian cancer.
