| 摘 要： | 目的:评价我院抗高血压药的利用情况及趋势。方法:对我院门诊2003～2005年口服抗高血压药的用药频度(DDDs)、销售金额等进行统计、分析。结果:我院口服抗高血压药DDDs和销售金额均呈上升趋势,钙拮抗药和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂均排在前2位。各年度抗高血压药总DDDs分别为27.719、29.24、35.2775万日;总销售金额分别为58.46、67.476、73.2677万元。结论:我院钙拮抗药和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂最常用,体现了有效性、安全性和多样性等特点。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the condition and trend of the usage of antihypertensive agents in our hospita1.ME-THODS:The DDDs and sales amount of the orally administered antihypertensive agents in our hospital from 2003 to 2005 were summarized and analyzed.RESULTS:The DDDs and sales amount of the orally administered antihypertensive agents in our hospital increased.From 2003 to 2005,the sales amount each year were 584.6×103 yuan,674.76×103 yuan and 732.677×103 yuan,and the DDDs of each year were 277.19×103 day,292.4×103 day and 352.775×103 day,respectively.Calcium antagonist and ACEI ranked the first two places.CONCLUSION:Calcium antagonist and ACEI were commonly used the antihypertensive agents in clinic for the efficacy,safety and diversity of rational drug use. |
