临床路径在围手术期老年股骨颈骨折患者中的应用分析

目的探讨临床路径（CP）在老年股骨颈骨折围手术期的实施效果。方法按入院先后顺序，110例老年股骨颈骨折患者被随机分为观察组和对照组（n=55）。对照组采用传统的护理模式进行管理，观察组采用临床路径进行管理。观察记录并发症发生率、治疗效果、住院时间及患者满意度等临床指标。结果观察组住院时间为（7．6±0．6）d，短于对照组（10．4±0．7）d；优良率为51例，高于对照组45例；患者满意度为（98．8±2．2）％，高于对照组（91．0±6．3）％；患者对健康知识的掌握程度（57．1±8．5）分，高于对照组（50．1±_9．4）分；而并发症发生为0例，低于对照组6例，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论临床护理路径应用于老年股骨颈骨折患者围手术期护理过程中，可以缩短住院时间，减少并发症，提高临床疗效及患者满意度，具有重要临床价值。

The Usage of Clinical Care Path in the Elderly Femoral Neck Fracture Patients Perioperative

Objective To explore the effect of clinical care path （CP） in the elderly femoral neck fracture patients perioperative. Methods 110 femoral neck fracture patients were randomly divided into case and control groups （n=55）. The control group received traditional care, while the case group were given clinical pathway management. Clinical indicators such as incidence of complications,effects of treatment,time for hospitalization and the satisfactory degree of patients were recorded. Results Hospitalization time of the case group （7.6±0. 6）d is shorter than the control group （10.4±0.7）% The values of excellent rate 51 （92.7%） ,patient satisfaction （98.8±2.2） % ,Patient health knowledge mastery score （57.1±8.5） in the case group were higher that those in the control group,in which the corresponding values were 45 （81.8%）, （98.8±2.2）%, （91.0 ± 6.3）% and （50. 1 ± 9.4）, respectively. Complications in the control group was 10. 9%, however, it had been absolutely avoided in the case group （0%）. Conclusion Using CP in the surgery for femoral neck fracture patients can shorten the duration of hospitalization,reduce complications, improve clinical outcomes and promote patients satisfaction. And thus it has important clinical values.
