O型血型孕妇血浆中IgG抗体效价与孕妇年龄、孕期、孕次关系探讨

目的探讨O型血型孕妇IgG抗A（B）抗体效价与孕妇年龄、孕期、孕次的关系，预防母婴血型不合HDN发生。方法选取2012年5月～2013年5月在我院产前诊断中心接受检查的302例0型血型孕妇，其中丈夫均为非O型。采用微柱凝胶法检测孕妇血浆中IgG抗A（B）抗体效价，分析孕妇年龄、孕期和孕次与孕妇血浆IgG抗A（B）抗体效价的关系。结果302例夫妻ABO血型不合0型血型孕妇血浆IgG抗A（B）抗体效价随孕妇年龄、孕次的增长而升高，即母婴血型不合新生儿发生HDN的患病率也随之升高。结论监测夫妻ABO血型不合的0型血型孕妇不同孕龄、孕期、孕次和血浆中IgG抗A（B）抗体效价，可预测ABO-HDN的发生。

The Relationships Between IgG Antibody Titer in Maternal Plasma of O Blood Types and Maternal Age,Gestational Weeks,Times of Pregnancy

Objective In order to prevent HDN occurrence, we discussed the relationships between IgG antibody titer in maternal plasma of O blood types and maternal age, gestational weeks, times of pregnancy in this study. Methods A total of 302 O blood group gestational women, whose husbands were the other blood group except O,accepted the inspection from 2012 May to 2013 May in the prenatal diagnosis center of our hospital. Plasma IgG antibody against A and B was examined by microcolumn gel method,and then analyzed. Results In 302 cases of blood type incompatible couples,the serum IgG of pregnant women were promoted as the increasing of the maternal age,gestational weeks and times of pregnancy. That is to say, the incidence of HDN would also increased. Conclusion To monitor the plasma IgG antibody titer of O blood group gestational women with different maternal age,gestational weeks,times of pregnancy,can provide evidence for predicting the occurrence of ABO-HDN.
