肺曲菌病23例临床CT分析

目的:增强对肺曲菌病的认识,提高CT的诊断水平。材料和方法:回顾性分析经病理或临床治疗证实的肺曲菌病23例的临床和CT表现。结果:CT主要表现为空洞内可移动肿块及新月形空气征8例;蜂窝状改变中见片块状阴影6例;软组织肿块影4例;大片状阴影2例;云雾状或片絮状渗出灶2例;空洞中不可移动结节1例;边缘可见“晕征”4例,伴点状钙化4例,胸腔积液3例。结论:肺曲菌病寄生于空洞内形成空中球征的病变诊断容易,表现为孤立肿块、片状影、云絮状影的肺曲菌病,诊断较困难,需要病理或细菌学检查确诊。

Study on Clinical Feature and CT Findings of Pulmonary Aspergillosis(23 Cases Report)

Objective To enhance the recognition of clinical feature and CT findings of pulmonary aspergillosis and improve the accuracy of clinical and CT diagnosis.Materials and Methods The clinical feature and CT findings of 23 cases of aspergillosis were analyzed retrospectively.Results The main CT findings of pulmonary aspergillosis were the followings:movable masses and air-crescent sign in the cavities(n=8), dense shadow of small masses within the alveolate structure(n=6), soft masses(n=4), large patchy shadows (n=2), cloudy-like shadows(n=2), unmovable masse in the cavity(n=1), halo sign(n=4), title calcify(n=4), plural effusion(n=3).Conclusion Aspergillosis appeared as a mass in a cavity with air-crescent sign is easilydiagnosis and differentiation, otherwise were difficulty, in this case and pathology and bacteriology diagnosis are needed.
