| 摘 要： | 一般认为肺炎是由外邪侵袭所致,但还需注意有人体正气不足的因素存在;发病遵循着卫、气、营、血的传变规律,但在抗生素、激素滥用的今天,还出现了一些新的传变特点;在辨证结合辨病的基础上,注意合理地早期配伍益气养阴药物,可扶助正气,祛邪外出;现在尚没有统一的肺炎辨证体系、临床证型分类,造成肺炎的治疗缺乏规范化。
