| 摘 要： | 目的:分析体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)后异位妊娠(EP),包括宫内、宫外同时妊娠(HP)的发病率及好发因素,并评价其各种诊断和处理方法的临床效果.方法:回顾性分析11例(IVF-ET)后EP的临床资料.结果:11例EP病人中,其中HP 3例占27.5%,全部经阴道B超确诊,11例行腹腔镜输卵管切除术,全部11例宫内妊娠均能继续.结论:输卵管病变是IVF-ET后EP发生的常见原因,阴道超声检查结合临床症状,和HCG测定是最有效的诊断方法,腹腔镜下手术是治疗HP的较好方法.

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the incidence and risk factors of ectopic pregnancy(EP),including hesterotopic pregnancy(HP),after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET) and evaluate the efficiency of different.Methods:11patients with EP after IVF-ET were retrospectively studied.Results:Of 11 patients with EP,3 had HP with the rate 27.5%.All of them was diagnosed of the combination of sonograph..11 patients with HP were treated with Laparoscopic salpingectomy.Conclusion:Ovidut disease is the main risl fators of EP after IVF-ET.The combination of sonograph and serum HCG messure ment is reliable in the diagnosis of EP.Laparoscopic salpingectomy is considered to be the best method for the treament of HP. |
